High Performing Trauma Teams: Simulation and Beyond
Building high performing teams for trauma teams requires an integrated and multifaceted strategy. Simulation is a powerful enabler of improved team coordination, communication and for shaping culture Integrated plan including simulation and team building. This needs to be integrated with other team development activities, including coaching, mental rehearsal and might just be simpler than we think.
Simulation, But Not As You Know It: Transforming Trauma Systems and Navigating Complexity
Effective trauma care requires effective systems. How can simulation support exploring and improving those systems, beyond its role in training individuals and teams? How can we integrate data to help design, delivery and ebriefing of simulations focused on system improvement? And how can we achieve this cheaply and quickly, and find out what 'high fidelity' really means.
