Diane Sigvertsen ​

PGDip Nursing; Trauma Clinical Nurse Specialist, Wairarapa Hospital, NZ; 

Diane is the Trauma Clinical Nurse Specialist at Wairarapa Hospital and has been in this newly created role since 2023.

Diane has a strong back ground in Emergency Nursing with previous experience as an Army medic in the New Zealand Defence Force. In her current role Diane has been instrumental in introducing this new service to the Wairarapa region.

​Diane also holds a role as an Associate Charge Nurse Manager in the Acute Services Department of the Hospital where she enjoys providing ongoing training for staff.
 
Diane lives in the sunny Wairarapa where she is establishing a farmlet. She enjoys hiking and exploring the great Wairarapa outdoors with her family and dogs.
