OUR EXHIBITION An industry exhibition will run concurrently with the conference programme. Due to the large number of delegates we have had to split the exhibition and catering into two different rooms. The first room is within Wharewaka - the Maitu Room on the 1st Floor. The second room is just 10 metres away from Wharewaka - the Rowing Club Function Room. Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea (as scheduled in the programme) will be served in both spaces.

DELIVERIES Please use the Delivery Label and attach to every box/piece being sent to the venue.
COLLECTIONS Pick up is to be arranged as soon as possible after the conference from */eventlocation/*. Any items left behind will be stored for a short time before being disposed. Please note that if goods are not picked up within 48hrs (working days) there may be a $100.00 per day storage charge. Please remove all packaging, boxing and rubbish prior to leaving the venue.
The venue is equipped with smoke and heat detectors, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and a fire sprinkler system.
Fire evacuation signs, fire hoses and fire alarm switches must remain visible and accessible at all times.
If the alarm is activated, please evacuate the building immediately. and proceed to the assembly point.
Follow all instructions given by the designated Fire Warden/Duty Manager who will be wearing a high visibility jacket.
ELECTRICITY Installation of electrical equipment, including lighting fixtures, must adhere to Electrical Regulations. Electrical test and tag of equipment is COMPULSORY.
FIXTURES & FITTINGS No tapes, nails or fixtures of any kind are to be affixed to the walls, doors, floor, ceiling or glass in the venue. If you require a poster board to attach information to please email me to order one for $65 each email@example.com. No freestanding fitment may exceed 2 metres in height or extend beyond the boundaries of your space. This includes exhibits, names or logos of your organisation/s and advertising materials.
INSURANCE It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm insurance as required, to cover yourselves against all risks at the conference. The exhibiting company shall be responsible for all aspects of setting up and operating its own space and shall bear the responsibility to confirm public liability and indemnity insurance (as required). Exhibitors shall bear the full responsibility of compensation in case of accidents without making any related insurance claims to the Conference Hosts or Workz4U Conference Management.
