Oral Presentations
If you are selected to offer an oral presentation you will be allocated either a 10-minute or 15-minute time slot. You will need to prepare and practise either an 8-minute presentation with 2-mins set aside for Q&A OR a 13-minute presentation, with 2-minutes set aside for Q&A.
Standard audio visual equipment will be provided: lectern, microphone, PC laptop, data projector and screen. All presentations will need to be presented in PowerPoint. Poster Displays
There will be a scientific poster display at the Conference.
Posters must be portrait orientation, size A0, approximately 90cm x120cm. The poster should be laminated or printed on tear-proof paper, and the text should be in a font of sufficient size for easy reading at a distance of 1 metre. The poster panels will be Velcro-sensitive. You will need to bring velcro dots with you to mount your poster. |
