Getting There
  • Walk: It’s easy to walk from the city centre to the Intercontinental Hotel, along Jervois Quay.
  • Buses: Are readily available. Metlink bus routes and timetables
  • Train: From Wellington Railway Station it’s an 11-minute walk to the hotel.

  • Taxis: Please ask concierge to book your cab.
  • Bikes and kick scooters: There are plenty of bike and scooter racks around Wellington central. 
  • Car from airport: Turn left on Stewart Duff Dr, then left on Cobham Drive. Continue straight on Cobham Dr. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Evans Bay Parade. On Oriental Parade turn right on Wakefield St and continue to Jervois Quay. Turn left at fourth set of lights
Parking
The Grey Street Car Park is available under the hotel at your own cost, 1.9 metre height restriction. The prices are Monday-Friday $36 per 12 hour period. Saturday & Sunday is $24 per 12 hour period. No gate access, it is a public thoroughfare.​
