Please ONLY book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the conference. We will NOT have anyone call you to book accommodation and the hotel will not take bookings direct. Thank you.

Accommodation has been negotiated at the conference hotel and with other hotels close by.
Please book your accommodation via the online registration process. You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during that process. This card will not be charged, it's just to secure your booking.
Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation. You need to pay the hotel direct when you depart.
Please book prior to the closing date of 21 October 2024.
Cancellation fees do apply. Please note the cancellation policy of the hotel you select.
